  • PURPOSE: Provide on-going support throughout a transaction’s lifecycle

  • Third party specialist identification, assessment and contracting (audit & tax firms, specialist legal advice, market research)
  • Perform oversight of work streams produced by mandated third party specialists
  • Provide office infrastructure including premises, clerical, administrative, communication and IT support (the “Incubator”approach)
